       生蚝进口报关一般流程？

     国家质量监督检验检疫总局和卫生部联合发布通知：进出口鲜、冻禽产品执行新的国家标准――GB16869－2000《鲜、冻禽产品》。该标准适用于健康活禽经屠宰加工后的鲜、冻禽产品，凡国内生产或从国外进口的鲜、冻禽产品，其技术要求、检验方法、标志、包装、贮存必须符合该标准。同时废止GB2710－1996《鲜（冻）禽卫生标准》、GB/T16896－1997《分割鲜（冻）禽卫生标准》和GB－T16896－1997《分割鲜（冻）鸡肉》两个标准的合并、修订版。

一：其主要技术差异在于以下三个方面：

1.GB/T16896－1997中的感官要求和理化指标分为一级、二级，修订后不分等级。

2.挥发性盐基氮统一调整为不**过20mg/100g。

3.增加了GB2710－1996和GB/T16896－1997两个国标中未规定的盐酸克伦特罗、土霉素、金霉素和微生物（菌落总数、大肠菌群、沙门氏菌、致泻大肠埃希氏菌）等19项**标准。

二：活海鲜在进口前进口商要先确认企业自身资质问题，企业经营范围有无食用农产品，进出口权等，先在进口口岸商检局备案并开通信城通递交进口货物信息办理进境动植物检验检疫许可证。

三：进口前确定国家产品是否准入，一般冷冻海鲜是有准入名单查询的但是活海鲜是没有准入名单可以确认是否准入，在进口前需要联系商检或是我司确认是否准入，以免货物到了机场无法清关造成退运。
