一：香皂(肥皂)进口报关报检手续步骤：

1进口公司需到进口商所在地商检局做进口香皂收货人备案，获取备案号。

2在获取备案号后，到进口商检局做进口香皂标签备案，申请资料2份[标签审核申请表、中文标签样张纸质版及小于250K的电子版，原标签及中文翻译件（纸质版及小于250K的电子版）、反映产品特定属性的证明材料等
