一：进口化妆品报关报检流程及资质要求规定

1：凡是以销售为目的的国外化妆品进口，必须预先经过中国行政审批部门（审批部门：国家食品药品监督管理局，简称CFDA)的审批。未经审批则无法进行正常报关报检，亦不得在中国大陆百货商超市场销售。
