二手机器人进口报关的一般流程包括：接受申报→审核单证→查验货物→办理征税→结关放行等环节。

一：具体步骤（含自理和委托报关）

1.接受申报：客户提供到货通知书、正本提单或电放提单去船公司交换单费、码头费等去换取进口提货单。

注意事项

（1）确认货物的商品编码、进口税率以及监管条件。如需做各种检验，则应在报关前向有关机构报验。报验所需单据：报验申请单、正本箱单发P，合同、进口报关单两份。

二.二手机器人进口报关清关所需单证

（1）*单证：提货单、装箱单、发P、合同、报关、报检委托书；

（2）如是木制包装箱的需提供熏蒸证书及盖IPPC章已做消毒杀虫的处理；

（3）贸易合同、出口收汇核销单、货物产地证书、优惠原产地证书等；

（4）其它有关单证（如不同的产品所需要的特殊单证）。

三.进口申报后如海关审价需要，客户需提供相关价格证明。如信用证、保单、原厂发票、招标书等海关所要求的文件。

六.提货、注意事项

（1）首先应与港池调度室取得联系安排计划。
