    2016年上海港进口新鲜和冰鲜类进口量25700吨，同比减少13.5%，鱼片进口量61800吨，同比减少11.4%。冷冻鱼类进口量270900吨，同比减少10.1%。冷冻小海鱼进口量9800吨，同比骤减67.9%，冷冻鲱鱼进口量36100吨，同比减少31%，冷冻鲑鱼进口量46900吨，同比减少21.2%。而冷冻鲭鱼和鳟鱼进口量75800吨和11600吨，同比增加22.1%和18.4%。主要进口国家来自：韩国、加拿大、巴基斯坦、新西兰、智利、澳洲、泰国、印度、越南、菲律宾、俄罗斯、闽台、美国、日本、冰岛、南非、西班牙、英国、法国等。

冷冻海鲜进口清关报关流程及注意事项如下

一：确认国外企业准入资格：国外供应商是否在华注册备案（提供在华备案号给我司查询确认）。

A: to confirm the qualifications of foreign enterprises to enter the country: foreign suppliers are registered in China (to provide the record number in China to the Secretary for confirmation).

二：确认产品是否在准入目录：企业进口海鲜中文品名及拉丁名（发我司查询确认是否准入）需要进口海鲜是**还是养殖（冷冻海鲜**可以直接进口，冷冻海鲜养殖的在进口前需要办理进境动植物检验检疫许可证）。

Two: to confirm whether the products in the access list of imported seafood Chinese: enterprise name and Latin name (our query to confirm whether access) need to import seafood is wild and farmed (wild and frozen seafood can be directly imported frozen seafood farming before importing the need for animal and plant inspection and quarantine permit).

三：确认国内进口商是否资质齐全（进出口权、上海港商检冷库备案协议、经营范围是否有食用农产品等），也可用我司资质代理进口港口双抬头报关报检申报。

四：企业进口整体思路

1：进口前签订进口报关代理合同、代理进口协议（如需）。
2：贸易合同签订后，根据贸易合同进行付款至国外。
3：国外备货完成后，国外或我司安排提货海运至国内港口。
4：先出具国外的资料扫描件给我司进行审核，以免出现单证不符（所需资料详如下）。
4：我司提前做好收发货人备案及前期进口所需手续，货物到港后我司清关。
5：海关商检放行，检测结果出来出卫生证，我司安排送货至*地点。

五：国外提供资料
1：生产日期证明、外文包装扫描件（生产商出具）
2：原产地证，输华水产品卫生证（官方机构出具）中英文标示
3：箱单、合同、发P、发货人备案截图或备案号及查询号（出口商提供）
4：提单

六：国内提供资料
1：营业执照扫描件1份（盖章）
