二手纺织设备进口清关报关流程及注意事项

1、二手机械设备进口所需的资料：机械设备的基本信息（品名、品牌、规格型号、HS编码、制造年份、制造商、新旧程度、原产国、货值、图片等）；机械设备的功能用途、工作原理及结构组成、装箱单发票合同、装运前预检证书等资料。

2、二手机械设备进口的流程：

①成二手机械设备进口旧机电网站的预录入；

②机械设备的中检：海外预检与中国香港中检（装运前预检资料我司可以整理）；

③根据HS编码确定是否需要办理进口许可证（如需办理，先办理进口许可证，在发货到港口清关，不需要办理，直接发货到港口）；

3、二手设备注意事项：在签订合同时应注明“设备应符合中国强制性标准要求”等条款，旧设备进口还需注意相关装运前检验的要求；纺织设备的性能指标一般没有强制性标准要求，但企业应在合同中订明相关性能参数和索赔条款，保护好自己的合法权益；货物运抵收货人所在地后，应及时联系检验检疫部门进行开箱检验；另外，发现货物存在品质问题时，应立即告知检验检疫部门，便于及时开展现场勘查，调查*实施索赔工作。
