(请相互尊重,切勿抄袭)6月3日，宁波海关隶属北仑海关查验了3批进口动物标本，标本为宁波某公司从美国进口，有雄狮、非洲斑马等30余种动物，价值约15万元人民币。每一件标本都固定在板壁厚近2厘米的大木箱中，这种包装方式也给海关查验带来了困难。针对货物开包困难、*受损的特点，接到布控查验指令后，北仑海关开辟绿色通道，派专人监管倒箱。“我们查看了货物的包装方式以及货物的照片。虽然木箱很高，从侧面开箱会比较方便，但为避免对货物造成损害，我们还是决定从**部打开木箱，通过攀爬、叉车托举、堆叠木托盘等方式实施查验。

动物标本进口报关通关流程及注意事项

一：进口、出口、再出口或从海上引进《进出口**动植物种商品目录》所辖范围内的**动植物种标本的，得国家濒管办或其授权办事处核发的允许进出口证明书。对国家濒管办授权直接办理和委托办理的允许进出口证明书的申请，由国家濒管办*的办事处受理。其他进出口申请由国家濒管办受理室统一受理。

二：申请办理允许进出口证明书的，须提交材料：

（一）书面申请。书面申请应用打印机打印（进出口个人拥有所有权的**动植物种标本的情况除外），包含申请涉及的所有实质性内容并注明日期；单位申请的须加盖单位印章，个人申请的须有本人签名。Written application.
